Recreational Area
There are two entrances to the Recreational Area, one is to the south of the mailboxes and the other is between 7550 & 7540 Diamond Pointe Way.

Originally the Recreational Area was supposed to be a nine hole pitch and put golf course.  Below shows what the homeowners got when the builders left Nevada.
After spending tens of thousands of dollars in water costs and failed attempts to grow grass and flowers, the homeowners formed a Recreational Committee in conjunction with the Lawsuit Committee and with the approval of the Board of Directors, created what we have today.

The Recreational Area is a watershed for Peavine Mountain and contains a number of different drainage pipes under the stone pathways which lead either to the existing ponds or to the City of Reno Surface Drain system.
